Jim Brosseau is Principal of the Clarrus Consulting Group and in the past 8 years, he has consulted with over 100 organizations worldwide, specifically to improve their development practices. He has been published in the Cutter IT Journal, PM Network magazine, the PMI GovSIG magazine, and the SEA Software Journal, and he has made presentations at Comdex West, PSQT North, the New Brunswick SPIN group, the Better Software Conference, and numerous local associations.
