How Pre-Orders Work
- Browse our forthcoming titles and place your order in advance
- Your order will be confirmed and payment processed at the time of ordering
- We will dispatch your book as soon as it is received in our store
- You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped
Important Notes
- Release dates are provided by publishers and are subject to change without notice
- In rare cases, a title may be delayed or cancelled by the publisher — in such cases, we will inform you and process a full refund
- Due to unforeseen circumstances (including supply chain disruptions), there may be unexpected delays in procurement. We will keep you informed and do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible
