These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Return and Refund Policy. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 4 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS

E-Books and SAP Press Online Courses are digital products delivered electronically. Once accessed or downloaded, digital products are non-refundable. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that you will not redistribute, resell, or share the content.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST where required. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received before dispatch of physical goods or provision of access to digital products.

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review it carefully. Customers may request eligible returns within 7 days of delivery. Digital products including E-Books and SAP Press Online Courses are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed.
