Computer Bookshop (India) Pvt. Ltd. ("CB India") is committed to providing genuine, high-quality books and learning resources to our customers, and to a clear, fair process if something needs to be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.

2. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of the date of delivery if:

  • The item received is damaged;
  • The item received is defective;
  • The wrong item was delivered; or
  • The product substantially differs from the description on our website.

To be eligible for return, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition;
  • Include all original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation; and
  • Have any serial keys, activation codes, or software licenses intact and untampered.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges are refundable only where the return results from our error, a defective product, or an incorrect shipment.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where received damaged or defective:

  • E-books and other digital downloadable content;
  • SAP Press online courses;
  • Opened software products with activated or revealed license keys;
  • Special-order or customized products; and
  • Gift cards.
