-
Prepare Agents
Walk through the critical underpinnings of autonomous systems, including designing event-driven data structures, exposing modular APIs, and establishing observability standards. Decompose complex workflows, such as source-to-pay or order-to-cash, into manageable tasks that agents can execute.
-
Build Agents
Use SAP’s low-code environment, Joule Studio, to configure agent personas using natural language prompts, ground agents in your business context, and then test each agent’s performance. Create complex, bespoke agents using SAP AI Core, from integrating with LangChain and LangGraph to adding custom logic with OData services.
-
Govern Agents
Implement threat modeling for prompt injection, establish auditable reasoning logs, set up an agent governance board, and more. Use SAP LeanIX to maintain a registry of active agents, SAP Cloud ALM to manage the technical lifecycle, and SAP Signavio to monitor the actual business value and process improvements delivered by the agents.
Highlights include:
- Agentic technology stack
- Enterprise architecture
