Marvels of Indian Breakfast

‘Marvels of Indian Breakfast’ is my seventh book in the series on culinary items. Based on the encouragement received from my earlier books, I have written this book.

This book is an assortment of Indian recipes on Breakfast. The book offers variety in terms of regional flavor, tradition and age group.

Right from the traditional South Indian breakfast items of Idly, Dosa to North Indian specialities like Jalebi, Dhokla, Parathas, Tikki, Usal etc. the book provides scope for treating your loved ones with variety.

Also the book makes an attempt to entice the most difficult customer, the kids! The book offers some nutritious and at the same time variety breakfast to the kids. There are some unique recipes made of oats, ragi etc.

One may find that the preparations are simple and delicious appetizers.
